			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I’m writing this because I know there are millions of people out there with an <a href="http://rcti.info/category/acne"title="Acne" >acne</a> problem that seems to not go away. Yes, if you’re like me you have tried all of the popular products. But, what if I told you that in order to have clear skin you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars every month. Actually, you may not have to spend any money.</p>
<p>So, with all that said here is my simple 6 Steps To Clearer Skin (Yes, this is what I am doing to help my skin clear):</p>
<p>1. Drink lots of purified water. Look, many of us with acne problems continue to drinks all of these sodas that have a lot of acid, colors, etc. Soda can really mess up the face. Leave all sodas and other drinks on the market alone and stick to only purified water. Try these waters &#8211; Poland Springs, Volvic, Penta (expensive), Smart Water, or Dasani. Water does wonders to the body!</p>
<p>2. Drink lots of Green Tea (at least 1 to 2 times a day). Green Tea has many antioxidants that will help in decreasing your acne problems. Try purchasing the Celestial Seasonings Green Tea.<br />

3. Eliminate any and all fried foods or greasy foods from your diet. Yes, I know many dermatologists will disagree with this. What I have found is that when I stopped eating fried or greasy foods my face automatically started clearing and improving to the point where I was receiving compliments almost everyday. Fried food carries too much grease that can cause big pimples to form in your face. Also many fast food places use old grease over and over again. Old or reused grease is one big block in your way if you’re trying to get clear skin. Not Good!</p>
<p>4. Eat a lot of vegetables (raw organic baby spinach is wonderful) and fruits everyday. Yeah I know you heard this before, but some of you are still not doing it. Vegetables and fruits alone. Many vegetables and fruits have antioxidants and vitamins that can help in healing and clearing the skin.</p>
<p>5. Use pure vitamin E oil (use the Nature’s Gate Brand) for your face. I am telling you, it will make your look good in about two to three months. Vitamin E oil has all the healing and antioxidant properties to help in clearing your skin. Apply to your face every night before going to bed.</p>
<p>6. Eliminate all stress. I know for some, stress can result in many breakouts on the face. Some individuals are not good at dealing with stress.  You know what, let the stress go!</p>
<p>Enjoy these steps and take your time. Give yourself  3 to 6 months to see actual improvements in your skin. For these steps to work properly, please add each step to your daily routine. Each step must be performed on a daily basis. Consult your local dermatologist if you have any worries.</p>

<p>The truth is we begin the aging process just as soon as we pop out of the womb. Every day of our lives our bodies slough off and regenerate new cells. The speed at which that process takes place when we are children is vastly different as we get older.</p>
<p>Every day you are bombarded daily with commercial messages and beauty tips that attempt to lure you into believing that the most recent miracle drug is just what you need to fight off the ravages of Mother Nature.</p>
<p>We are living longer as a whole. Singularly, that can be a curse or a blessing, depending on your perspective.<br />
The best route to natural beauty and <a href="http://rcti.info/"title="health" >health</a>y skin is to take care of what you have. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? The truth is that your skin takes a beating from the environment every single day. Here are some of our favorite beauty tips for keeping your skin fresh and healthy:</p>
<p>1: Stay hydrated and do it with plenty of water! That does not mean soda, caffeine or any other type of liquid, even if it is low cal. Soda (even diet soda) has a high concentration of sodium. Sodium retains fluids. You need fluid that will hydrate and flush your body free of toxins. Make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses a day!<span id="more-5"></span></p>
<p>2: Protect your skin from harmful ultra violet (UV) rays. We all love the sun. We love being in it and we love having a beautiful tan. The truth is you can poison yourself with too much sunshine. UV rays cause skin cancer and if that isn’t bad enough it causes your skin to age faster than it should, contributing to unsightly wrinkles. If you must play in the sun, make certain you are using an adequate sun screen. Don’t leave home without it!</p>
<p>3: Keep your skin clean. Use a soft warm cloth. Skin does not require scrubbing. You will do more harm than good if you do.</p>
<p>4: The best cure for wrinkles is to never have them in the first place! If you are like most of us, you didn’t listen to your Mom when she tried to tell you to stay in the shade, stand up straight and stop squinting!</p>
<p>5: Eat healthy. Knowing how and what to eat, can make a huge difference in how you feel. Improper eating habits can cause depression, weight gain, illness and an overall lethargy.</p>
<p>Weight gain causes your skin to stretch. As you get older, it loses it&#8217;s elasticity and you&#8217;re left with sagging skin.<br />
The best solution to this is to maintain a proper weight.</p>
<p>A rule of thumb for eating habits are&#8230;don&#8217;t eat more calories than you consume. Don&#8217;t go one single day without doing something extra and physical for at least 30 minutes per day. This can be three ten minute walks. Or 30 minutes of vigorous aerobics, or 12 minutes of weight lifting and 18 minutes of walking.</p>
<p>6: Don&#8217;t worry, be happy. A happy outlook appears to trigger the release of endorphins. Endorphins relax the cardiovascular system and cytokines which alert the immune system to pay attention in detecting abnormalities like cancer cells. Listen carefully to yourself. If you have put yourself down since childhood, over a lifetime, negative subliminal messages can take their toll by turning you into a pessimist. Spend one week writing down the phrases you use in your “self talk.” Chances are you will find that you repeat a dozen or so phrases over and over again that reinforce that negative image. Even as a baby I am loyal that I was given food when I wasn&#8217;t given private notice.</p>
<p>Diet&#8217;s are a form of restrictions. When a character is on a &#8220;diet&#8221; it is like a testimony to each around them that they are annoying to misplace mass. They are effective the people around them they can only eat a certain foods&#8230; That food is the food that is on the diet. It is a form of restriction on a fondnessd one. They now have to show their fondness by plateful me delay on a diet. With a &#8220;diet&#8221; it appears easier for a character to inspect me sweat and work out harder to take that new mass that I have set for myidentity.<br />

I appear to think that being one of the intentions for me being fat. As a baby, a newborn is given a container to glug to make them contented and avoid crying. Even I give myidentity plealoyal with food. I have educated to have plealoyal from food.</p>
